Hello, You need to visit a dentist get it checked. Get an x-ray done.if there is a cavity get it filled. There could be infection to the root of tooth get it treated and place a crown over it.

Hello Mam, Looks like your mothers tooth is infected.You need to see an Endodontist ASAP.She may need a RCT treatment to save the tooth.Only medicines wont help. Regards Dr Sumanmakam

Hi,Get a x ray done to evaluate the cavity depth & pain is due to deep cavity for which root canal may be required.Meanwhile take painkillers & antibiotics to relieve pain.
