I'm 22years old suffering from a severe tonsils pain can I get it removed forever? By surgery is it possible please help me I'm in trouble with pain

Tonsils can be removed surgically..but only if your problem is recurrent..the acute infection must be resolved first by medications and then u can do a tonsillectomy..visit an ENT for further management
