Severe throat pain, Difficulty in swallowing and Fever since Thursday. Today cough with lot of phlegm. Age 34, male.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. .you can take a tab. Dolo 650 mg thrice a day for controlling fever. Tab. Mahacef-plus twice a day after food for 3 days. If it still persists, then get it checked out by a ENT specialist in the person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
