When I drink water ,when am in contact with water I have a ticklish sensation . Especially at night .

It is the case of reversible pulpitis. At this stage you can prevent your teeth only by having a dental restoration (filling).   If you will not get your teeth filled at this stage after 3-6 months it will do further damage to your teeth. You then have to go for RCT.
