Three nights ago I went to bed with no problems and woke up with a migraine which has progressively got worse along with a fever, shivering and sweating at the same time, I have been totally unable to eat and find drinking fluids upsets my stomach, which is now my main issue, the migraine is there when I stand but the stomach pain will not move.

You have stomach infection so take antibiotic and antiprotozoal course for three days and tab anti-spasmodic 2 tims a day for three days. And take tab paracetamol 500 two times a day.
