Severe Stomach ache (MTP)

She had taken MTP two days ago(Saturday and Sunday). Till now she is getting continuous stomach ache and it becomes very severe in the mornings. She also has acidity and today she got up with a running nose. I am really worried about the stomach ache. No doc available nearby. Please help. Thanks a lot
