Severe sleep apnea

I have done a sleep study and I got severe osa problem😢... I have mild tonsils and adenoids.. Please kindly advise me do I need to use CPAP device or I have to go for tonsil adenoids remove surgery.. Thanks so much...

If tonsils and adenoids are quite significant in size, they need to be corrected first and CPAP may be used as per titration.

Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken. Surgery is not indicated at your age,unless necessary.
