Severe sprains and pains in knee joint,ankle and knee to ankle since sept2015 after acupuncture treatment from dr arun of wwwacu5solution,done allopathy,ayurvedic,dr ortho etc;hypericum200,staphysagriaq,massages oils,balms done,no releif, more i walk more pain,and swelling of ankle,if rested improvements,respected why it so and what to do,thanks in advance

Hi....., Treatments for knee pain depends upon the conditions that can cause the pain...pain relieving medications, Sometimes strengthening the muscles around the knee will make it more stable and help the mechanical movements.... Injecting medications directly into your knee might help in certain situations. The two most common injections are corticosteroids and lubricants....Kindly consult your orthopedician.....
