I am having severe tooth pain, which was done Root canal treatment 12yrs ago, which medications to take for pain relief, kindly tell me.

As you said rct is done 12 years back .so may be infection is occured in tooth . You have to take proper treatment.

Might be their is re infection in you tooth, which need treatment. X Ray is helpful to diagnose it properly. Medicine will give you temporary relief only. Still have queries then you can consult me online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
