Severe pain in the lower part of stomach

While sitting mostly, I suddenly feel severe pain in the lower part of my stomach and near the intestines. Even sometimes in the anus part of my body. How has this happened? Is this due to excessive sitting and eating or is there any other disorder? Please clarify.
