I have a severe pain in the lower back since today morning, been laying down since then, pain increases if I try to get up or sit down or even try to walk , the pain is sharp and focused around the lower back and pelvic region ! I haven't taken any medication but applied pain relief spray and ointment, what could be the reason ? I'm 41 years old and drink alcohol ,please suggest a pain relief tablet which doesn't effect the liver. Thank you
