My son is suffering from cold,cough,fever past one month and today down with severe ear pain. When i checked his ear i could see a wound inside his ear. Kindly help

As per your description he might have developed acute otitis media/acute otitis externa.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
