Actually the history is still unclear. Her type of work might be the reason but still has to check if cause of pain is Muscular or joint. She can use HWF or ice pack, avoid jerky movements, avoid sleeping on affected shoulder. She can visit a physio who 'll teach strengthening exercise of shoulder and if still pain persists she has to go for some investigation like Xray or a sonography for precise physiotherapy management
