Hello doctor, I am 2month pregnant and I am taking PAND40 , Damoxy, Ecmefol as doctor recommend . But inspite of taking PAND40 two times a day I am having gastric problem and from last 3 days I have severe pain in my left hip bone due to which I can't able to do anything not even proper walk.. please help🙏🙏
