The pain in forearm and wrists starts suddenly and after a day or two it gets better on its own in one of my hand.In the other hand my thumbs hurts. I have some other medical history like hypothyroidism cervical spondylitis plantar fascitis and depression Its very discomforting

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I hope you are taking all medicines necessary for the medical conditions you are already suffering from. You can start taking a cap.
