Hello , I get severe pain after urinating and i get it in my lower abdomen and my left kidney and also pain on my testicles , can you please tel me whats wrong with me ?

U may be having stone in urine tube or urinary tract infection..please get a ultrasound abdomen and complete urine examination done and consult a urologist
