Severe neck pain

Suffering from severe neck almost everyday recently.. Was diagnosed with Diffuse angular cerival disc protrusion last year (C2 to C7) with impresssion on the dura sac and existing nerve roots bilaterally last year.. Went for neck pain treatment and physio.. was better not completely cured.. Now the pain is worst.. Not even able to turn my head.. Giving hot fomentations... Taking Prenerve tablets for 3 day now... Pain is intolerable... Please advise

Maintain neck in neutral posture. Use a soft cervical collar for support and aid. Tab Parasafe 1gm thrice daily for 5 days along with Tab Pantop 40mg once daily for the same duration. It's better you take a neurosurgery consult for proper evaluation. You will probably require prescription meds for  pain relief, if not adequately relieved by the above.
