Severe neck / left shoulder pain

I am suffering from neck pain / left shoulder pain since yesterday. I went for bath yesterday and bent to took mug of water and suddenly I got neck pain and shoulder pain. I thought it will be cured automatically but it hasn’t. Please suggest me how to reduce my pain.
