I am having severe menstrual cramps and bowel moments and vomiting and heavy flow during my periods due to which I feel weakness.my periods usually last for 7-8 days.for cramps I usually have drotin-m for getting relief of pain.this is continuing since last 10 years.after testing and medication there is no cure
