Severe menstrual cramps

Every month I used to have severe menstrual cramps and I use to have pain killer for it. Please advise.

Get an ultrasound done to see for any PCOs or any other pathology as this might be due to some kind of harmonal imbalance,PCOd or PID ,for further advice on this u may get back to us.
