Dear doctor, I have a severe lower back pain. I have some knots in both sides of lower back I had been to many doctors and they said  MRI scan and spine X-ray looks normal and they suggested to do physical exercise and walking and take good nutrition food But nothing helps, I still have the same problem Could someone please help me come out of this pain Many thanks in advance
