Severe leg cramp

I am 31 weeks pregnant with twins and from last 2 days I have a severe leg cramp in right leg at a particular point above my ankle. The pain in such worse that I am unable to sleep and inspite of regular leg massage the pain is not going. Kindly help as to what can be done. I have tried several ways other than massage also like keeping a pillow under my legs, taking hot shower etc. but nothing is soothing my pain.
