Severe joints pain. almost all joints

I have been suffering from arthritis for the last 15 years. Now the pain is getting severe and affecting almost all joints. Knee , shoulder joint feet wrist etc . Been on pain killers and physiotherapy but now no respite.

physiotherapy done in a proper way will definitely help you. You should do exercise under supervision. Also you should find out the underlying cause of the pain. An experienced Physiotherapist can guide you what is wrong and what needs to be corrected.

Physiotherapy if sone properly will definitely help and that's the best solution Longer term effects by strethening the week muscles and stretching out tight muscles improves joint mobility
