Severe joint pain

This is for my mother. She earlier had sprain in 1996 post which she regularly have joint pain in her left leg. Later in 2017 she got another sprain in her right leg...the latest one is causing issue. We regularly masaage her with Dr.ortho oil but that gives very minimal relief. She now has severe joint pain in her left leg. Please advise.

You need to consult an Orthopedician for  her joint pains . She will need to have a XRay of the knee and medicines and physiotherapy .
