I have extreme join pain. Diagnosed with Arthritis. Took medication from a bone specialist but it hasn't been of much help. Did various test but nothing came up. Can that be nervous problem

Since how long are u having this joint pain. Can u specify exactly which joints pains more. Arthritis is a broad terminology and includes diffrentials.
