I've had some kind of white and red pimples on penis and around scrotum 1 and 1/2 week ago but by time it clotted with black rough surface. Since then I'm suffering with severe itchiness and irritation on my genital area specially during night and early morning. I can't be able to sleep whole night due to terrible condition I'm facing nowadays which causing less attentive to my studies whole day. What should I do now for speedy recovery?
