Severe headaches
Currently I am suffering from migraine doctor prescribed me Cardimol plus and stopped vinicor 25 mg for hypertension, he said that cardimol plus will work in both in bp and migraine, but today I checked my bp which is 140/100 and heart rate 58 ,should I again switched to vinicor 25 mg

I do understand your query.
Looks like your doctor has started you on migraine prophylaxis.
I suggest you to take two separate medications for BP and for the migraine prophylaxis.
Your heart rate is low as you are in beta blockers .
