Severe headache in frontal portion of head, sinus and top of the head. This is chronic problem and persists in all the season. Allergic to cold and dust. Early morning sneezing and runny nose problem which later decreases in the day. Pl advice .

More detail history and examination is required... To diagnose  either primary or secondary headache... Either sinus related or other.... Thanks
