I have severe headaches- and they come very often nowadays. It pains at the left side of my forehead from my left eyelid to the complete left portion of my head. I cannot tolerate my phone brightness or lights in my room also don't feel like eating anything and also the pain increases with sounds. I get very uneasy what to do?
