Hi, My wife gets severe headache suddenly which is unbearable. We did MRI but results are normal. She has glasses but she doesn't use it as number is very less. But I wonder if this is because of she not wearing glasses does the pain rises at such level which is unbearable? Which doctor should I consult? I personally thought of neurologist but confused if I shud first go for a eye checkup or specialist.

You should first see a good ophthalmologist, to rule out any Ophthalmic cause for headache. Glasses number is just one reason for headache due to eyes. There are other reason s as well.  First rule out those. If that is also normal, see ENT specialist for sinusitis.
Next Steps
see a good ophthalmologist.
