Hi pls suggest. After the internal family tension I'm having severe headache and palpitations. Too much head pain I take olmighty 20 daily basis which i have taken 1hr back. Can i take libotryp or Antiblue plus to relieve the symptoms? Haven't taken these medication before but this two are available with me now

U can take libotryp . No problem 👍 But take only when u hav to sleep Take dolo 650 as n when required for headache. Tab metolar 25 mg once daily for 5 days
Next Steps
ECG should be done thyroid n lipid profile with cbc lft n rft is to done
