Hi I have been experiencing severe headache and persistent neck pain, sometimes slight dizziness the past week and a half almost. The nature of my job means I work extensively on my laptop and phone, and have been working overtime owing to work from home. This is effecting my work and is very persistent so i want to make check if I should be worried about these? I do light yoga and ensure movement in between my work, and also make sure to drink lots of water.
