I'm having so much of hair fall since a long time and now my scalp is like easily visible, I'm just 24 years old.

It looks like you are suffering from androgenetic alopecia. Do you have family of it. Can you send me your pics. Try to take treatment as early possible otherwise it will be difficult to treat. Use minoxidil 5 % lotiin one ml daily on hair fall area.
