Hello maam. Greetings. It is suggestive of a granulomatous lesion which could either ne tuberculosis or chrons disease which is a form of inflammatory bowel disease. We would need to do further blood tests and biopsy specimen to go for the diagnosis. I would suggest you to see a gastroenterologist for further management. Thank you
