Dr. Abhay Sir, find attached photo. I think, its otitis externa only due to ear buds. Taken paracetamol, no pain now. Please suggest medication. Thanks, Jayant.

Are you a diabetic? Also, is there pain when you touch the ear? Or any discharge? How long back did you take the paracetamol?

Do not touch the ear, and keep it dry as much as possible.

You can apply Neosporin or Mupirocin oitment to the area where you feel the pain thrice a day for 3 days.
