So you have dry eyes and reflex watering issues. Dry eyes is there because of the occupation you are in. And the reflex watering is due to your sinus issues as well as the dryness of the eyes which in turn can lead to watering. You need a complete analysis to quantify the dryness and tear production. In addition, the lid hygiene, eye muscle weakness test (convergence test) is needed. It is better to see a doctor before you change your eyedrops, as the dryness of the eye can be deeper than you think. There are other, methods to correct it as well. I know you are breastfeeding and may be difficult to see a physician right away but instead of suggesting eye drops without examing, it's better to show your eyes and get them thoroughly checked.
