I have had this cough for a week and has been getting worse and now comes lower back pain that hurts when I put clothes on or walk across the room, even hurts to lay down. Have been coughing up green phlem and sometimes it has a little brown in it or a little pink. My throat and ears hurt and now I cough so hard I pee a little each time. I also just started doing liquid bowl movements. Feeling very fatigue just miserable. Is this something that will pass and can I get over the counter medicine to help?
