Hi My father is having severe coughing.He has taken Azithromycin for 3 days +Montelukast 10mg+Ascoril SF, No result
Now he is taking Clavam 625 5 day's over+ montelukast 10mg+ ascoril SF
He is continuing sugar medicine

Symptoms

As per symptoms you have told it clearly seems he is suffering from allergic Bronchitis but you are saying looks like Asthma .
If it is allergic bronchitis the treatment you are giving to your father is wrong .

I think your father is having dry cough as per your complaints...if ur father is taking any thyroid meds or not..get thyroid profile done..it may be due to growth of this gland ...also avoid taking any cold items.....avoid having gutkha or supari..also very importantly get consulted with a medicine specialist phydically ..since may hve any heart causes..so heart sounds to be heard..
