I have got fever 1 week back having severe cough with sputum and short breathness covid is negative mouth dryness and giddiness

Hi dear, u have got respiratory infection. Dryness of mouth must be due to the medications you are on. Have you got your BP checked? Since when do you have giddiness?

You should be starting on an antibiotic course and a cough syrup. Hope you are performing certain physical exercises on a daily basis.
