I'm having severe cough and headache. Unable to sleep couldnt slp peacefully n im shivering. No energy, feeling weak. I had wheezing as well

HELLO, CHEST X--RAY PA VIEW DIGITAL. CONSULT A CHEST PHYSICIAN.FOR PFT(PULMONARY FUNCTION TEST) TILL THAN, TABLET MONTUK LC ONE AT NIGHT FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. TABLET NOVACLOVE 625MG TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. SYRUP VENTORLINE HALF TEASPOON FUL TWO TIMES ONE TEASPOON FUL AT NIGHT. SIPS OF LUKE WARM WATER VEGETABLES SOUP TOMATO SOUP TEA, COFFEE ETC. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE OR GREASY FOOD. VERY LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES O.K BYE.
