Severe chest pain with light headedness

Hi , I felt like my heart jumped out and came back..got sweating.checked bp and heart beat.all was normal.sonfelt it could be due to acidity as i have acidity issue.but time and again feeling chest being compressed and the feeling is how we feel post running or climbing up the stairs. Breathing out gives a feeling someone is poking my chest with a niddle
