Severe backpain and radiating pain.

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from severe backpain and radiating pain from past 1month and numbness in legs.I have taken zerodol th,painkillers, physiotherapy around 10sessions (IFT+ultrasound) and KIASTM therapy which didn't work much. According to MRI reports L4-L5,L5-S1 discbulge. Any other treatments available?
