Severe back pain since 3 years

Hello, Very severe back pain. Done many MRIs, XRay,CT-Scan, blood test but no diagnosis yet. Please check MRI, XRay slides here https://goo.gl/cz6N4M 85% pain is on left side, middle back. I can't move in any direction, hospitalized twice in last 6 months. Please guide. Thanks.
