From afternoon onwards he is having severe pain in back side, he couldn't able to turn any where, he can able to walk in straight mode any position changed he feeling severe pain

I think it is cervical pain which restrict in movement of whole body.You first rest from your daily work for an hour then do your normal work and repit it,then you will be fine.
