Hello. Very Good evening. I will advice you to have MRI SPINE of concerned area, because you didn't mentioned the exact area,  wether it is upper or lower back. Anyhow after getting films & reports, seek an opinion from a good Neurosurgeon in your area for further evaluation & line of treatment. Please don't take it lightly.
