Severe back and leg pain

I have had 3 different back surgeries. Laminectomy/ discectomy in 2007. Thoracic discectomy with neural decompression in2016. Direct visulized rhizotmy 2016. Now I have more problems with walking and have a dead leg. severe back and leg pain. I wasn't able to see a doctor since 2017, now have Insurance. Since my problems have gotten worse and surgery doesn't seem to work, I am wondering what kind of doctor I should talk to.
