Severe Anal Burning and pain
Started having Severe burning and pain all of a sudden after a tight motion.
My anus hurts a loot and can't concentrate on anything nor can I sleep..
It's been 2 hours since the pain.
Took a paracetamol.

Well you are probably having acute fissure in ano and you should consult a surgeon immediately.. you should undergo medical or surgical management depending upon the situation.. If it’s s long standing problem u should undergo surgery as that is the only definitive treatment
