Hello,  i have severe acne. My dermatologist prescribed me sotret 30 mg. She said as per my weight i should take it for 8-9 months. But I have read varying accounts on the course duration. How do doctors calculate this duration. Also instead of sotret, can i take acutret(ipca) since both are isotretinoin
