My third month has begun and ever since iv been have severe headache all day....it's on and off...sometimes bad and sometimes less but it's almost continuous...pls help

Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area. You are already two months pregnant. You should have booked yourself for antenatal care and delivery at some Hospital or a Nursing Home.
