Sever acne on all over face with redness and pain.with medication it's coming down but again coming back once the course is over.

Acne at the age of 37 is regarded as adult acne. Its triggering factors being hormones, stress n diet.
Next Steps
Avoid high glycemic index foods n dairy products. Stress increases cortisol (also known as stress hormone) in the body n this further aggravates acne. So try to combat stress through exercise n lifestyle modifications
